Batter didn't work >> Good product & customer service

Update in January 2022:After returning the product, the customer service reached out to me immediately and sent the new one. The new soap dispenser has been working with no problem and I am satisfied the product as well as their honest customer service. I appreciate their quick response and support, and more importantly, the product!---- My previous review below---The battery didn't work well and I returned this product eventually. I charged it overnight and made sure it's fully charged, but after a couple times of use, the battery was gone. I fully charged 3-4 times but result was same in each time. I'm so disappointed.
